Individual unassisted transportation (TNA).
Also called conventional, these are non-care ambulances in which the patient does not have an emergency. They are enabled for individual transport in an armchair, stretcher or wheelchair and can also accommodate a companion. It is usually used for scheduled transfers to medical centers for treatment or hospital discharge, etc.
Collective Unassisted Transportation (TNA).
Non-care ambulances for non-urgent transfers of several people, without communicable diseases, who go to health centers for rehabilitation, dialysis or other periodic treatments and do not require medical assistance en route.
SVB emergency medical transport.
They are ambulances used when there is an emergency, such as after an accident. Unit technicians perform basic life support (BLS) assistance. Due to their urgency, they usually go with optical and acoustic signals.
SVA care ambulances.
Advanced life support medical transport
Also called Mobile ICU, in this healthcare ambulance high-risk patients are transferred. Advanced life support (AVS) and intensive surveillance is provided en route by a nurse and physician if necessary.
